We reserve the right to terminate or restrict any

our absolute discretion and without notice, and to
remove any materials, information, images and data
posted by or on behalf of any such person or entity
without any liability whatsoever. We reserve the right
to terminate any personal or corporate registration
which has outstanding fees still due 30 days after the
initial payment due date (that being the last day of the
month in which the costs are incurred).
10 Buying GOODS online
PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to
have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and
Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these
terms, then you should contact us at enquiries@paradigmtraining.co.uk
before placing an order with us. By placing an order via
this website you are making an offer to Paradigm
Training Ltd. to purchase the goods detailed in your
order upon the terms described in your order. Once you
have placed an order we will send you a confirmation
that your order has been received but this is not a
confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has
been accepted. A contract between you and Paradigm
Training Ltd. for the sale of our products will only
exist once an order has been accepted, processed and
despatched to you. Your credit/debit card will be
authorised when your order is placed and processed but
you will not be charged for the value of the goods until
the point that they are despatched to you. This does not
affect your statutory rights. Prices and availability of
goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery
charge will be added to your order value where
appropriate.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by
us) for any physical goods for any reason up to the
point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within
this time any payments made by you will be refunded in
full within 30 days. There is no right of cancellation
when you buy files for download, which you will be able
to download immediately.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely delighted with the physical
products that you have chosen you may return them to us
within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to
offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund,
provided that the products are returned complete, in
perfect condition, unused and with the original
packaging. For all returns, except where the item is
faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the
return of the products to us. We do not accept returns
of downloaded products under any circumstances.
To return any products to us, write to us explaining why
you are returning the item and let us know whether you
require a refund or a replacement item. Pack the items
back in the parcel, attach your invoice/receipt and send
it back to: Returns Department, Paradigm Training Ltd.,

When returning items you are strongly recommended to
obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility
for parcels lost in transit.
UK and INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched
within 48 hours of being accepted, to arrive with UK
customers well within 30 working days. International
orders are sent by airmail and should arrive within 30
days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of
stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it
as soon as it is available.
Items for download will be made available for download
immediately after purchase. Please contact us if you
have any problems with downloading the files.
CONFORMITY OF GOODS
We take every care to ensure that the description and
specification of our products are correct at the time of
going to press. However, specifications and descriptions
of products on this website are not intended to be
binding and are intended only to give a general
description of the products. Furthermore, while the
colour reproduction of the products is a close
representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for
any variation in colour caused by the browser software
or computer system used by you.
11. Public Training Courses Registering your Booking
- You may book and pay for our public courses
online.

and specify course name and date. State your name,
company, address and contact details and a booking
form will be emailed back for completion and return.
A non-refundable deposit may be required and you
will be advised if this is the case.
The full or balance payment for public courses is
required a minimum two weeks in advance of course
commencement. Paradigm Training Ltd. reserves the
right to refuse admission if payment has not been
received.
All payments will be confirmed with a receipted
invoice, which will be sent to the booking address.
All bookings must be made on our booking form
which will constitute a legally binding contract.
Course Fees
Course fees are shown alongside each course.
1, 2 and 3 day courses include materials, lunch
and refreshments during the day.
Venues – Paradigm Training Ltd. does not accept any
responsibility for the security of personal items at
any venue.
Full joining instructions including venue, map,
directions and timings will be sent upon receipt and
acceptance of your booking at least 14 working days
prior to a course.
Paradigm Training Ltd. cannot be held responsible
for non-arrival of joining instructions. Please
contact us if joining instructions have not arrived
10 working days prior to course commencement.
Course Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations more than 10 working days prior to
a course start date will incur an administration
charge of £100 + VAT and the retention by Paradigm
Training Ltd. of any deposit paid by you.
Cancellations of 10 working days or less prior to a
course start date will be charged at the full rate +
VAT. A substitute delegate can be nominated at any
time prior to the course start.
Cancellation, Postponement or Substitution of Course
Dates
Paradigm Training Ltd. reserves the right to
change the course presenters, dates, venue and
content should the need arise. In the unlikely event
of a course being cancelled or postponed by Paradigm
Training Ltd., a full refund will be made including
any deposit but no further liability will be
accepted.
Intellectual Property of Course Materials
All Materials provided to Course delegates are
copyright of Paradigm Training Ltd. The materials
provided individually to each delegate may be
permanently retained for the exclusive use of the
individual delegate. No part of the course materials
may be reproduced or transmitted in any form, or by
any means, electronically or mechanically, including
photocopying, recording or any information storage
or retrieval system without the prior written
permission of Paradigm Training Ltd. Course
materials are provided subject to the condition that
they shall not, by way of trade or otherwise, be
lent, resold, hired out, or otherwise circulated
without the prior written permission of Paradigm
Training Ltd. Any use, duplication or lending of
course materials without the prior written consent
of Paradigm Training Ltd., save for such uses as are
allowed under applicable law, is prohibited. All
course materials are copyright of Paradigm Training
Ltd. in whatever format.
12. Payment and Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by
credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta
and Switch. All prices quoted on this website are
accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in
pounds sterling (£). VAT will be added at the current
rate of 17.5% where applicable. Any customs or import
duties levied once the package reaches your destination
country will be your responsibility as we have no
control over these charges and cannot predict them.
OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU
If your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a
direct result of being used to buy from our site, then
we will assume liability for the first £50 of your loss.
Your credit card company is obligated to take
responsibility for the rest. We will use our reasonable
endeavours to work with your credit card company to
minimise the inconvenience for you.
